Security
Through technical and organizational measures, we guarantee the highest level of data security and confidentiality. For very sensitive data we offer optional server based computing. Our Indian teams then work on servers in Germany. This way we ensure that your data never leaves Germany.
Our office is in the the QuarkCity building in Mohali. It is protected against burglary and is guarded around the clock. In addition, our office has an access control system that controls access to the office and sensitive areas.
Furthermore, the QuarkCity building is protected against power failures by UPS and generator. Several days can be bridged with it.

Our recruiting team consists of German and Indian colleagues. Together we select the best candidates. In addition to technical skills, we also evaluate soft skills. In this way, we lay the foundation for successful work in international software projects.

Our own products
We develop our own products with resources from Germany, Switzerland and India. Our new employees can prove themselves in our internal projects. The advantage for our customers: A pool of resources that we can always access. If there are not enough resources available for customer projects, we provide developers from our own projects. This way, our customers always get software developers who have proven themselves in our company. Through our recruiting, we hire new software developers for our projects.
Project Management
Our project managers in Germany have many years of experience. They are familiar with all project management methods. Agile, Scrum and Kanban are everyday life for them. We are happy to comply with your specifications. Our developers feel comfortable in agile projects. Even waterfall is no problem (there are projects where it makes sense).
Transparency
We work with cloud services from Atlassian. Our customers get access to Jira software, Confluence and Bitbucket from day 1. Don’t want your data to be in the cloud? No problem. We host on-premises YouTrack and GitLab. In both cases, you can track live project progress. We are happy to develop software that is as individual as our customers.
Infrastructure
Our office is located in the QuarkCity building in Mohali. There we have a modern IT and building infrastructure with sports and fitness rooms. In some cases we even exceed European standards. All rooms in our office are air-conditioned and have a generous amount of space.
Communication
Direct communication with our software developers is in English. Technically, we provide all communication media, such as e-mail, chat, telephone and video conferencing. If desired, communication can take place exclusively with our contact persons and project managers in Germany.
Intercultural training
Intercultural competence can increase project efficiency. maracana SDC Private Limited is a member of the German-Indian Chamber of Commerce. On request we are happy to arrange experienced trainers and consultants.
Time difference
The time difference between Germany and our office in Mohali is +4.5 hours (CET) in winter and +3.5 hours (CEST) in summer.
In general, we see the time difference as an advantage. When the working day starts in our office, several hours have already been worked in India. The results can be reviewed and discussed. After closing time in India, we have time in Germany to prepare the tasks for the coming workday.
If desired, our Indian employees can work during German office hours.
