IT HR / Recruitment Assistant (f/m/d)

What are your tasks:

  • You assist the international HR Recruitment Team with day to day operations of the HR / Recruitment functions and duties.
  • You prepare and post job ads on internal and external platforms.
  • You assist our Recruiters to source candidates on social networks.
  • You help with resume screening and initial phone screenings.
  • You coordinate communication with candidates, schedule interviews, and keep calendars for the hiring team and candidates.
  • You update and maintain our resume database and keep track of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • You resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations).
  • You assist the international HR with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas).

Who you are:

  • You have proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant, HR Assistant or other related role acquired in the IT sector.
  • You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • You are familiar with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
  • You have experience using recruiting software and social networks (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn) for candidate sourcing.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You have great attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • You are comfortable with MS Office applications (MS Outlook, MS Office and MS Excel, in particular).
  • You have outstanding communications skills and are proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • You always maintain a professional appearance when dealing with candidates, clients and other stakeholders.
